After facing scrutiny over leaked conversations about its government relations tactics in B.C., pipeline company TC Energy is introducing the leadership of its spinoff crude oil venture to the federal government. And a feminist law organization is advocating for a ban on the use of “parental alienation” arguments in custody battles, saying they are disproportionately used against women who have experienced domestic violence.
