Telus, Bell, and CN Rail are lobbying against a federal government plan to stop them from using replacement workers, or scabs, during strikes. The Liberals have promised to introduce legislation this year as part of a deal they struck with the NDP to keep them in power.

Both Bell and Telus said in their lobbying registrations that anti-scab legislation would harm their ability to operate their networks and serve their customers.
