One oil and gas site was ‘stinky,’ another was ‘gurgling.’ B.C. officials gave them a pass anyway

In over 1,000 instances, BC Energy Regulator inspectors identified apparent environmental infractions from oil and gas sites, giving them a passing grade anyway. Here are some of the things they said.
