The address shared by the greatest number of charities in the country belongs to a Vancouver company founded by a woman who has been deemed an “ineligible individual” by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), according to an analysis by the IJF.

A total of 189 charities in the IJF’s databases have listed 300-1208 Pender St. W. as their address in their tax returns, CRA records show. That’s the office of Cadence Charity Services, a business co-founded in 2020 by Victoria Nalugwa and a partner to provide support to charities.
