As U.S. President Donald Trump reshapes Washington for a second time, senior Canadian officials are scrambling to understand the shifting terrain.

The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS), which provides training for Canada’s 360,000 federal employees, has put suppliers on notice that it intends to hire Johns Hopkins University, based in Baltimore, to continue delivering “How Washington Works,” a course for senior Canadian officials, for the next two years.
