The Canadian Mushroom Growers Association reported communicating with a total of eight public office holders in September, including Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre.

The industry association wants to “address agriculture labour issues and shortages with government officials by seeking support for the implementation of (the) Agri-Food Immigration Pilot that will allow immigration access for farm and food workers.”
