A Calgary businessman who was fined hundreds of thousands of dollars for breaking securities law remains on the board of directors for three charities, the IJF has confirmed.

Jack Neufeld and the charity he founded, the Jack Neufeld Family Charitable Foundation, were ordered to pay more than $400,000 in penalties, financial restitution and investigation costs by the Manitoba Securities Commission in 2023.
