A pair of Vancouver-based “ineligible individuals” are among the most common directors of charities in all of Canada, according to an IJF analysis. 

Using tax filings for 2023, the IJF searched for the people and organizations named as trustees, directors or like officials by the largest number of charities across the country. That year is the most recent for which the vast majority of Canadian charities have filed returns with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
